Typical Meeting Outline

Minuteman Time Meetings

After-School Meetings
Minuteman time meetings (24 minutes) are conducted once every month to increase the club's accessibility. The meeting's breakdown is as follows:
  • First 5-10 minutes: discuss market-moving topics from the Wall Street Journal and other financial publications
  • Next 5-10 minutes: review the pre-meeting assignment
  • Final 5-10 minutes: simulator game
After-school meetings are conducted approximately every other week, primarily on Thursdays. The meetings span from 2:45-3:30pm. The meeting's breakdown is as follows:
  • First 10-15 minutes: discuss market-moving topics from the Wall Street Journal and other financial publications
  • Next 5-10 minutes: review pre-meeting assignment (the specific pre-meeting assignment review is described below)
  • Final 10-15 minutes: simulator game
Alternatively, an after-school meeting may simply involve a guest speaker.
